France is preparing for the bicentennial anniversary of the Revolution, with pomp and circumstance. Dutch documentary filmmaker Johan Van der Keuken decides to follow a young homeless 23-year-old Parisian, former café waiter. He gives us an arresting and true portrait of a young man, one of the "new poor", excluded from society and who will not be celebrating with the rest. It's a deeply moving testimony, sadly still fully relevant today. French with Chinese subtitles. ,
What could possibly have happened to the young woman found frozen to death in a ditch by the side of the road on a cold winter morning in the South of France? Agnes Varda's film retraces the adventures and the solitude of the young vagabond (Sandrine Bonnaire, in one of her best roles), as told by those who last crossed her path that winter. Directed by Agnès Varda. French with Chinese subtitles.

These artists paint with passion; they are not typical Chinese contemporary artists who try to latch onto a gimmick and then repeat it ad infinitum. Artists: Du Xinjian, Xue Jiye, Zhou Fan, Chen Jiao, Liu Yan and Wu Mengchun.
The exhibition explores the concept of 'soulstealing', an age-old form of Chinese hypnotherapy used on children. If a child is frightened by something and loses consciousness, elders will go to the scene at night and call the child's name, so the "lost" spirit will return to the body. Photographer Zeng Han draws on 'soulstealing' in images which summon up history, culture and humanities.
