One of the most exciting, charismatic and talented young players on Tour, American born Sean O'Hair also has one of the best golf swings around.

In 2004 O'Hair made it through all three stages of PGA Tour Qualifying to secure his PGA Tour Card.

In 2005 O’Hair had a stellar first season on Tour, which included his first victory and a runner-up finish. His first Tour win came at John Deere Classic just one day shy of his 23rd birthday in only his 18th career Tour start. O’Hair posted four rounds in the 60s, including a final-round 6-under-par 65 that overcame a five-stroke lead, finishing the tournament with one bogey over his last 60 holes. This win earned O’Hair a career-high first prize of $720,000 and a spot in the British Open field the following week, jumping to 16th on the Tour money list. His season earnings came to $2,461,482 and he won PGA Rookie of the Year honors.

In March 2006 he was the youngest man in the top fifty of the Official World Golf Rankings finishing in the top fifteen at the 2006 British Open and the 2006 PGA Championship.

After a consistent 2007, O'Hair started 2008 with a fantastic victory at the PODS Championship. He came from three strokes back (behind Stewart Cink) to win by two strokes with a final score of 4-under-par.

At the 2009 Arnold Palmer Invitational, O'Hair entered the final round with a five stroke lead but eventually narrowly missed out on the title after Tiger Woods birdied the 72nd hole to win the tournament for the second year in a row. Five weeks after this loss at Bay Hill, Sean O'Hair got his third win on the PGA Tour with a rock solid long game at the Quail Hollow Championship. After starting the final round three strokes behind Zach Johnson, O'Hair won by one stroke over Lucas Glover and Bubba Watson.
