Bubba's 4th Annual Shanghai Chili Cook-Off is here, and it's a Witch's Brew Halloween Special...

It has been four years now and already it has become an annual Shanghai institution. But have you got what it takes? On October 31 Bubba's are bringing back the Chili Cook-Off challenge to figure out who can cook the best chili in town. But this ain't no normal hang around watching people cook, this is war. Hardcore Chili war it its finest.

Awards are given out for the Best Chili in Shanghai on the day, the People's Choice Award (voted for by you, the drunk guy at the back) and for Best Showmanship. That's right. If you don't quite have the culinary skills then you better look damn good cooking it.

And that's where the fun begins, it's a full on fancy dress day out for the whole family with prizes also on hand for the Best Costume, kid's games, face painting and a bouncy castle.

Last year, Shanghai legend Brad Turley (he of Maya Head Chef fame) took home the top prize for the chili. Could this year be your turn? Over 15 teams are expected to turn out, and registration is still open for both the main competition and the two-man Team Corn Hole Tournament.

Or you just fancy a day of eating some cracking food and supping back on a few beers? Then it's a cool RMB 100 for sampling of all of the Chili in competition, live music, drink deals and Corn Hole and Golden Tee tournaments. All of this takes place from noon till 6pm and maybe into the dark night...
